Kristin, our Lifestyle Educator and Coach, offers a personal touch to our patients’ lifestyle transformation. She guides patients through the beginning steps of motivation of their program and cleaning the unhealthy items out of their refrigerators. She continues on the patients’ journeys by creating grocery shopping lists and teaching patients how, what, and when to make healthy meals. She also helps patients through weight loss plateaus and maintenance of healthy lifestyle choices upon program completion.
