The goal of chiropractic care at Restor Healing Centre is to restore normal nervous system function and spinal motion. Along with a balanced diet, staying hydrated, and exercising minimally 30 min 5 days per week, restoring nervous system function allows your body to have the energy needed to heal itself. 

Chiropractic care can relieve back and neck pain, tingling or numbness hands or feet, leg or arm pain, "pinched nerves", and herniated/bulging discs. It can also help with posture, scoliosis, ergonomic challenges, sports injuries, plantar fascitis, and back pain associated with pregnancy.
